With a combined love of real estate and interior design, Tanya knew from a young age she would ultimately end up making real estate her career. She and her family moved to South Florida seven years ago after having lived in NYC, NJ, and most recently in Greenwich, CT, and has never looked back. Tanya has extensive experience in sales and marketing from her New York City days, took numerous courses at Parsons School of Design in New York City, and has a Bachelors Degree from Towson University in Mass Communications.
Tanya always has her client’s best interest at the forefront of every deal and what sets her apart is that she provides the best in customer service which is vital to a successful transaction, When representing a buyer, she listens to them very carefully and will show them only the properties which will appeal to them and in their price range. Tanya will then negotiate to get them the best deal possible. When representing a seller, first she will help take the stress off them and help to get their home ready for showings in the best fashion possible. Tanya will then market the property extensively not only through Sotheby’s vast network but also to her own network back home in the NYC, NJ and Connecticut areas where the majority of todays South Florida buyers are coming from.
Tanya lives and breathes real estate and knows the market and trends inside and out in Boca Raton, Delray, and the surrounding South Florida areas. She currently lives in Boca Raton with her husband, 3 kids and two dogs and is actively involved in the community. She is a cabinet member of fundraising for the Pine Crest School where her twin daughters attend, When not working, she enjoys local theater and art, loves to travel with her family, and spend time at The Boca Beach Club where they are members.
